For our Premium subscriber’s who signed up on or after July 1 2016, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you do not find value in the deals on the Premium list, send us an email at [email protected] within 30 days of your sign up date and we will refund your money.
If you registered for a free trial
If you signed up for a free trial and want to cancel, just do so in the first 30 days to avoid getting charged. If you wanted to cancel but forgot the deadline, no worries — we’re not corporate jerks over here — just shoot us an email within the first 7 days after you’re charged and we’ll get you a refund ASAP.
If you signed up for premium before July 1, 2016
If you don’t get a good deal within one year of becoming a premium subscriber, we will give you all of your money back plus 10% for the hassle. Just send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you weren’t successful in booking a deal and we will take care of the rest. You must contact us within 2 weeks of the 1 year anniversary of your subscription in order to qualify for the 110% guarantee.
